Jim Zaiter

Jim Zaiter is an operations, project management, and business transformation leader with more than 20 years of cross-industry experience.

His career spans industrial distribution with Applied Industrial Technologies, municipal administration with the Town of Viking, and technology innovation and transformation with TELUS. He also brings start-up experience in digital identity and Web3, along with extensive independent management consulting experience.
Throughout his career, Jim has led multidisciplinary teams, multimillion-dollar operations and projects, business development, and organizational improvement initiatives. More recently, he has focused on generative AI, digital transformation, and the practical application of AI in business and project delivery.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science and an Engineering Diploma from the American University of Beirut, complemented by Management and Leadership certificates from MacEwan University. He brings a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to operations, project execution, partnerships, and helping emerging technology ventures move from concept to scalable execution.
